Kardia’s founder is Sarah Grant, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of professional services experience at Big 4 accounting firms. For the last 12 years, Sarah has dedicated herself to being a SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreements) specialist in the M&A sector. Most recently launching Ernst & Young’s first Oceania SPA Advisory Team as lead partner.
In 2015, Sarah co-pioneered the introduction of the first-ever dedicated SPA service offering in the Australian market with PwC. This initiative followed four years of market-leading experience with the Deloitte London SPA team, the first firm globally to offer specialist SPA advisory services to clients.
Before this pivotal role, Sarah spent 9 years in audit with Deloitte, working in both Melbourne and London. The creation of Kardia was fuelled by Sarah’s vision to dynamically bring her in-depth Big Four partner experience to the market in a boutique advisor setting, catering to evolving market needs.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Sarah is passionate about advocating for industry change, particularly in fostering a healthy relationship with work for her clients and the Kardia family.
